so i promised my staff that i would post the recipes from summer snacks.

peaunut butter dip:
1 c peanut butter
1c brown sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
blend. add milk if needed for creaminess. great with pretzels and apples.

OH MY GOSH!!! you have no idea how excited i am to get this... this dip comes up in my head at random times and everytime i'm like "I really need to get that recipe" All I remembered was that you put in peanut butter and cream cheese. Missing the sugar would have been a disaster!
