dedication
usually we talk about dedicating our babies, but that wasn't the case last week. as we have with our other two kiddos, we participated in baby dedications. however, it really is a parent dedication. we stood before our church family and dedicated ourselves to raising riley in a God centered home. we openly proclaimed that we will be the best example we can of living a life dedicated to the Lord. lance and i are hoping to live open handed with each of our kids and allow the Lord to use them in any capacity that He sees fit. CRAZY!! SCARY!!! but worth it. we want our kids to love jesus and it is our hope that we are living in a way that splashes the "living water" on them and everyone we are around. maybe, someday, they will want to soak in His goodness too!

the calm....
before the storm! (But it is a good storm).
only 2 more days of rest!
we just wanted to remind our friends and family that training week for our staff begins on Sunday afternoon. the following saturday everyone will arrive for orientation and then the summer is off to a start.
please pray join us in prayer for the following things:
1. the safety of over 900 staff as they begin to make their way to camp
2. the leadership of pine cove (lance included) as they head into the busiest season of the year
3. the hearts of all the families and children that will be here this summer
4. the protection of all our campers as they enjoy so many activities
5. that God would be completely glorified in any and every way that he sees fit!
prayer is SOOOOOO powerful. thank you in advance!

Wow! the sisco fam wants to thank you from the bottom of our heart for the formula and/or coupons that many of you have sent! i never expected such an out pouring of support.

what a weekend!
we had a really fun weekend with the kids. on friday night, after our failed attempt to eat pizza at the now closed deli in Sam's, we ate at McAlisters. Then we headed over to the mall to get caleb his very first REAL baseball cap. Lance won out and so bought him a cardinals hat. doesn't it look so cute on him!
on saturday morning we took them to the park and then to wendy's for ice cream floats. these are pics of allie being prissy with her yummy drink! 
after church on sunday, allie, riley, and i went for a visit with my sister and her girls while caleb and daddy went to the rangers game. sparing you all the details of the game, i can sum it up best by saying that caleb now has his first signed baseball (Josh Fields), ate tons of game food (including a peanut with the shell still on), and thoroughly enjoyed riding the escalator as many times as his daddy could handle it
