Four months already!?

Riley is talking, wiggling, laughing, and slobbering. i imagine that he'll have a tooth by next month. his hair fell out on the sides, but just this morning i noticed that it is coming back in. he is 15 pounds and 25.5 inches long. he has his brother and sister beat in height at this age. we witnessed him roll over one time from back to front, but not again since then.

it is hard to believe that this little boy (who was just a thought in my round belly a few months ago) is this bright eyed, smiley kid! he's even too big for his bed now. i guess that means he can't sleep in the kitchen anymore AND he'll have to share a room with his bro.... i wonder how that will go?

time together!!!

nothing brings a momma more joy than watching her kiddos ENJOY time together!one morning this week, allie and caleb decided to dress up together. caleb is the roaring lion and allie is "princess P" from the show super why.

happy birthday maggie!

allie's sweet friend, maggie, turned four today! we celebrated pool side and had a blast!

wedding =

3 states, 3 days, 3 kids - 3 and under!

Crazy times, but really fun. our friends, rachael and matt, were married this weekend in St. Francisville, LA. allie has been talking about being the flower girl for months. she was excited to toss the flowers in a line! caleb has said from the beginning that he doesn't want anything to do with a wedding.

here is the day of the wedding... i managed to get one pic of the kids together!

in the end, allie cried all the way down the aisle and caleb walked with a huge smile to the front and yelled "i want a white one!" (in reference to the jelly bellies that were waiting for him).

i don't have pics, but it should be noted that we stayed in a hotel that evening and the kids thought it was the absolute, best treat! caleb kept asking if we were at mcdonalds??? HAAA! it must have been that fun!

snowcones!

i'm not going to lie... snowcones are a HUGE summer treat... it makes my mouth just water thinkin' about one.

however, on wednesday we tried a new snowcone joint. it gets one star. lance and i laughed the whole time b/c we paid $8 for colored water! HA! oh, well, we had fun just being together!

blueberry hill

the kiddos, christa, and i took a trip to blueberry hill farm in edom this week.riley was probably the least excited about it.

caleb was thrilled to pick and just tried to keep up with his big sister.

allie only had about 10 blueberries in her basket when she was finished. i then realized that she was eating them all... sorry blueberry hill... we had a little chat about paying for things before you eat them.

sweaty and done! we enjoyed some blueberry lemonade to reward ourselves for our labor!
