on thursday we headed to our favorite patch to pick blueberries and blackberries! it is called blueberry hill in edom, tx.
it was hot and we took a nice LONG water break...
and even took a picture with the timer... all three pickers
the bushes were beautiful, but i think we were a little early.
we got 1/2 a basket full of blueberries and about 2 cups of blackberries (just enough to make daddy something yummy for father's day)
and when it was all done we shared a blueberry lemon aide! sooo yummy!
What a cool family tradition you got goin' there, Mandy. I look forward to the blueberry blog every summer! You all look great. We got so blessed by you bringing the kiddos for a visit last week-end. We had a great time with you, the kids, Hannah and Mason.....oh, and Mattie too. Miss you guys already! Have fun cookin' something good for Lancer tomorrow.
