I can not believe that we have gotten snow in east texas two years in a row!!
the weather is really setting our children up for future heartbreak!
however...daddy got a day off work, we layered up in our "not so snow worthy" gear, and headed to CAMP for some sledding!

The biggest drama of the morning was how devastated allie was to have to wear her brother's wind pants... that is until she saw that i was wearing daddy's pants! HA! with drama diverted... it was time to have fun!

we might have lasted an hour, and that is a huge MIGHT! and the trip back to the car made it look like riley had ski patrol pick him up! he was done being cold and didn't mind telling us about it!!
after a stop at donut palace for hot chocolate and donuts... he was ready to go again!!
the kiddos played in the front yard.
and built this LOVELY snowman! um, yep!
What fun! I'm so glad I don't have to feel guilty that we got snow and you didn't. Although, compared to here.....you call THAT snow??? ha...We officially got 14" in Bartlesville (21" in Owasso) with more rec'd today and more expected in a couple of days. Just got home from Wal-Mart and you'd think it was the "last day on earth". You really got some awesome shots of Riley. Probably the first snow that he remembers. You all look great!

We had snow that day in Temple too, and I took it upon myself to introduce the new litter of lab puppies we have to the snow. They were not amused... I cannot WAIT to see you in a few weeks! Love youuu!
